By creating an account or using Apply&Connect, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Apply&Connect is a job search platform that provides job discovery, AI resume tailoring, recruiter/hiring manager finder, application pipeline tracking, Gmail sync, and outreach tools. The service is available in free and paid tiers with varying daily limits.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Free accounts have daily limits on resume tailoring, CV generation, resume builds, and recruiter lookups
  • Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Premium) increase usage limits and are billed monthly through Stripe
  • Promotional codes (e.g., FIRST50) apply to the first billing period only
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Free trials do not auto-renew and do not require a credit card

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract data from the platform
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Abuse the recruiter finder or outreach tools for spam

6. Intellectual Property

The Apply&Connect platform, including its design, features, and AI models, is owned by DormUnity, Inc. Your content (resumes, emails, notes) remains yours. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for service delivery.

7. Recruiter & Job Data

Recruiter and hiring manager data is sourced from publicly available professional profiles. Job listings are aggregated from public career pages. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing or recruiter contact. Use this data responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Apply&Connect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee job placement, interview invitations, or any specific outcome from using the platform. AI-generated content should be reviewed before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DormUnity, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of significant changes via email.
